<p>Chinese don’t spend nearly as much time or emphasis on their appearances as Japanese or Koreans. Especially Koreans. For example the “eyelid”-surgery is much more common in Koreans from personal experience.</p>

<p>Chinese and Koreans look really different. Japanese-- I don’t know any, so I can’t really tell. Koreans definitely place a bigger emphasis on appearance (that’s why their cosmetics and plastic surgery are top-notch!) and are much, much more Westernized. Imo, the avg Chinese is more attractive than the avg Korean, but the avg attractive Korean is more attractive than the avg attractive Chinese.</p>
