<p>I had Mexican for dinner tonight. There’s something about that mix of refried beans and sour cream and guacamole and cheese and meat and tortillas that makes me smile.</p>

<p>^^I don’t like guac really, at least the kind you get in stores or restaurants. But I do like to eat mushed up avocados with a bit of lemon juice. I don’t really think of it as guac though. I eat lots of things mushed up. Like bananas. Mushy things are nice.</p>
<p>Most mass produced guacamole is bland. Homemade is the best (and you can change it easily to match your taste)</p>
