The app isn’t working and now the site isn’t either.
I can’t seem to get on prime now, anyone else? And I put some things on my items to watch list, and now I can’t find my list. Seriously considering the air fryer.
Russian hackers?!
Dang. Just when I had a minute to shop… perfect timing.
For me it just keeps saying “shop all deals” but doesn’t show the deals. It’s just a loop.
Half hour in, still nothing. Epic fail.
My wallet is breathing a sigh of relief.
Yes, it seems to be looping for me, too.
I just asked Alexa for my deals and she said, “Sorry, I’ve been busy. All of my deals have been sold out. Check again later.” I have a pair of dots in my cart. No tin hats here. I miss Alexa when she’s not around, lol Well, that didn’t work, my dots were removed from my cart when I tried to buy them! I got them back in and will try again later.
Can’t get anywhere on the site much. Really weird.
I thought the deals didn’t start until 3 pm PST? I assume the website opened up a bit too early and now they’ve closed it.
Had some wireless headphones picked out. Sold out but put my name on waiting list. 20 minutes later got offered the deal off of the waiting list.
Other than that can’t get into much. Guess traffic is just too heavy.
@deb22 and @romanigypsyeyes - was trying so hard not to say something about internet hackers… but…
In the meantime what is everyone looking for? I don’t need a thing at the moment but still like to look.
Put the Instapot in my cart. I don’t think I need it.
On the amazon search engine is a “Prime Day” choice. Type in your category (I chose movies for the heck of it) and it came up with all the prime day deals for that category.

Link to the currently unavailable InstaPot ($58.99).
Ok… so this works for me (sometimes)- instead of going to the prime day banner, try searching for something in prime day.
Go to the search bar, type in something (ie tupperware) and in the drop down menu underneath it should give you the option to search Prime Day deals only. From there, you can search all deals instead of just tupperware.
I hope this helps.
I’m not having a lot of luck. There isn’t much I need.
The few items I would consider are electric toothbrushes as both my girls have expressed interest in them. I’m just not sure I’m not better off buying them at Costco.
My H wants sand socks for beach volleyball. I told him I’ll eat my words if they go on sale for prime day.
Bluetooth speaker for listening to music off the phone while out at the pool. H has a Bose the kids gave him several years ago but it’s no longer charging.
The dog could use a new leash and collar.
So nothing much I would like to at least use my free $10 from Whole Foods purchase.
I’m looking at a wifi extender, and egg cooker, which are on my watch list. I also am interested in a tripod but it doesn’t seem to be a Prime Day sale. I put a few other fun things on my watch list but now don’t know if I’ll get a chance to buy them!
Very grateful this doesn’t involve DS’s department at Amazon so he isn’t having to madly scramble to fix.
I just received an email saying I was entitled to a $50 gift card to use for Amazon Prime Day. Return email says Amazon but when I click on it it says Catherine at some obscure address. The gift card is a hyperlink. Looks like phishing to me, especially since they had me listed as a Prime member along with a membership number, and I’m NOT a prime member.
I should ask him if any of the feature Amazon dogs work near him ;).
