I got the air fryer too. And a bunch of odds and ends and stocking stuffers. The air fryer is this years instant pot to me. Not sure what it is or how I’ll use it.
@romanigypsyeyes --go to Target under storage and organization. Not everything is an extra 30% off but most is on sale. The deals for sale plus 30 look really good depending on what you need.
Oh, I also bought the 23 and me kit. I was quite the impulse shopper.
Just picked up a Kitchenaid spiralizer/peeler attachment. There was a special coupon that brought it down to the Target sale price and then I used my $10 WF promotion. I’ve been looking at it for awhile, so today seemed like the right time.
Just ordered one. Thank you.
^Me, too! My cockatiels like eggs so this will be handy! And I can throw some in for DH and me, too.
This is the air fryer that gets all the buzz on the Weight Watchers FB page. 50% off until July 29

@romanigypsyeyes that site isn’t showing the current price of the one thing I did buy today -a Fire HD 10. I got it for $99. https://camelcamelcamel.com/Tablet-Alexa-Hands-Free-1080p-Display/product/B01J6RPGKG?context=search
…Amazon has it at $150 but deducts $50 from the price right on the product page…I wonder if that is meant to stymie sites like that?
Anyway I love my Fire HD 7 from 2015, but it’s time for an upgrade.
@romanigypsyeyes I came across this (available in different colors or plain) while looking for something else…
Thanks for the link @abasket! I bought the tile.
The first season of Killing Eve is $6 instead of $20. I assume it is a Prime Day deal but didn’t notice whether it was marked as such. I was just ordering it anyway; lucky coincidence that it was marked down today.
I noticed they had a boxed set of Game of Thrones seasons 1-7 on deep discount. Now if they’ll throw in season 8, I’ll bite! :))
All right so my haul wasn’t impressive on Amazon (about 15 small things) BUT I had good luck with target. I still had giftcards left over and I never go there. I replaced our old rugs, got bins, etc. Thanks for those who alerted me to the target competition sale.
I woke up in the middle of the night last night, and Prime day was still going for an additional 18 minutes, so I ended up getting dual wall/battery phone charger. The ironic purchase I made was a long power cord, that wont arrive until July 25. It says its a prime item, but wont arrive for a week. It was in stock when I ordered it (now looks to be out of stock). It was one of those lightening deals, ordered on July 16, but wont arrive until the 25th. That sure doesn’t sound like Prime shipping to me! Oh, and I just noticed that the charger I ordered last night/this morning won’t arrive until next Monday. Only one thing I ordered (that wasn’t part of Prime Day!) will arrive by tomorrow.
My orders start arriving today. I’m sure the delivery companies across the country will be busy these next few days. I’ve got primenesia this morning so I’m excited to see what I actually bought. Things disappeared out of my cart and I’m not sure if I got them.
I made my Amazon Prime Day order while the system was continually crashing the other day. I just kept trying for about an hour and finally got a single confirmation that my single order was placed - one set of noise cancelling headphones and two card games. Today, I got a notification text from Amazon that they are delivering 4 headphones and 5 of each game! Hopefully Amazon will honor my return and won’t deduct a shipping fee when I ship the extra items back. What a hassle. I won’t be ordering on Prime Day next year.
^whoa! What a mess!
The 2 prime day items (both made by Anker) are the ones delayed. The third item, an inexpensive non-prime day item, is arriving omorrow. Ironic.
If any of you play hq - the live trivia game. Speaking of irony - on their question about Amazon crashing and what picture did they show - they crashed.
In addition to my Kindle Fire HD 10, I ordered a 64gb memory card for it, and a case, neither of which were on Prime Day sale but both of which were cheaper than elsewhere.
So I did OK.
