What was the math question with b^6-a^4 ?

was there one math question where you couldn’t answer the question given the information?

@Kirby1996, nope. All the math questions were answerable.

vicki: 0

What was the point of saying the people in different grades? (4th graders, 8th graders, etc.)

the b^6 - a^4 was 0

What was the answers for these 2 questions regarding the two passages on science and the use of it in politics?
one asked what would these people from passage A think of a statement in passage B
the other question was what writing styles do the two authors use in the passages

wait, why was it 0? if you use a number other than 1 it doesnt turn out to be 0 though…

^ it was E, to show that people of different ages have different experiences.

@qwerty: the first one was A, they would agree with the way it suggested to handle policy. the second one was that the first passage supported the new trend while the second one questioned the validity of it.

@omgitsvicki: flip the fraction on the first side to get rid of the -1, cross multiply to get b^6 = a^4. then subtract a^4 to get b^6-a^4=0.

was one of the ones where passage 1 said what passage 2 did not say (short passage) have to do about “descriptions of nature” or something along those lines?

you can’t use any number besides 1 (or 0) because the equation simplifies to b^6 = a^4

@omgitsvicki i think it was 0
@scholar1: based on worst conditions of ur prediction: CR73, Math71,Writing73. I don’t think omitted questions really matter based on previous scoring, etc

Yeah I put descriptions of nature for passage 1 (the one about walking)

@insurrection: that’s what I got. I think the choice was C.

was the one thats said something along the lines of ka=a
I and II are correct?

bumping this question ^^

@insurrection which passage are you talking about?

sorry, the ka=a (maybe other letters) was a math question where you had to say which ones out of I, II, or III were correct

@qwertyuiop0
don’t know about 2nd question, be more specific?
First question is probably one went along with a curve whereas the other one opposed the trend

@insurrection: yeah, I put I and II only for that one.

@qwerty: the first one was A, they would agree with the way it suggested to handle policy. the second one was that the first passage supported the new trend while the second one questioned the validity of it. (answered on the previous page)

yeah siemprell i put the same as you for that question
The other question was referring to the scientists taht wanted to have their voice heard, and how they would respond to the other passage saying something about the civic something ^_^
