The screen is the same for my DD as it has been the entire time. She is EA business major. She also got an email this week from the Business School about the marketing program but I’m sure that is sent to all business applicants.

My son portal is showing the same, no change. He applied EA for engineering.

We are EA business (portal changed as posted earlier) but we didn’t get any other email from Purdue this week. We applied to Business Analytics though not Marketing. Unlike some other schools, Purdue email (about school, campus life etc) has been limited. We got one “Learn more about B-school” on 11/18; “Find you fit at Purdue” 12/18; “At Purdue the World is your classroom” 12/28. Nothing this week
We are not reading too much into any of these. Decision is about a week away anyways for all, so minor changes to portal seems normal.

My son who is an EA applicant to Daniel’s just got an email from them today, “Prepare for the Real World Through Case Competitions”. I also got the email to me separately. We’ve been getting a fair amount of communication from Purdue, but not sure it means anything.

Yeah, my application status thing is gone. Thinking if you still have, it might be a signal of a defer.

Update:
Asked one of my friends at school and she does have it. She was expecting to be defferred or denyed as it was her dream school. I don’t have it and Purdue is a safety for me.

The section on the page right after signing in either has a large tan box that says application status, or it does not. If it is not there, it is likely a good sign, if it still is there, it is likely a bad sign.

ds24’s portal also changed and is missing the tan Completed bar.

Not reading too much into it.
It may simply mean that a decision has been made on his application one way or another.
Anyone who is not seeing yet could still change ahead of decision release.

D24’s portal changed today. Yesterday it was showing the status arrow complete. Hopefully this is a good sign :crossed_fingers:t4:

Applying for CS and I don’t have it, my friend with similar stats is applying for ME and has it. I doubt they’d take me and not him especially when he’s applying for a less selective major, I don’t think the status bar means anything.

Sooner or later they will change the status bar. And when it changes, it means yes or no decision is coming. I saw someone (international) asked on Reddit couple months ago, had similar status bar disappearing for his spring 24 application. Not sure whether he was admitted by Purdue or not eventually. He went to CU at the end.

Maybe the order is by college. It seems Engineering majors doest’t change yet.
