My D24 just got decision update but not offered main campus , gave suggestions to apply for other campuses of Purdue and after one year to apply as transfer student to main campus
My S23 decision last year was same for him
Both my kids are IB students applied for CS engineering

Yes, it did say Honors College in the letter.
Hang in there, my son is in an aviation program in MN and loves it and we looked at allll of them. You will find your fit!
