<p>bleungzorz when you calculate it out Cal Poly only uses the math and cr from the SAT not the writing so its GPA * 800 + Math + Cr</p>

<p>My son just told me he was notified by e-mail this morning of his acceptance to the Architecture major. For those of you keeping track his gpa is 3.48 and sat is 2060. He also said quite a few kids at his school were admitted earlier this week in other majors, so thought perhaps he was passed over, then came this mornings e-mail!</p>
