<p>I freaked out when I saw the server was down. I thought I was rejected and they took my account off the portal! =/</p>

<p>i said the 15th because last year cal poly sent out rejections in the second half of the month, true it doesn’t mean they will do it this year, but i have a gut feeling.</p>
<p>I called the admissions office today and they told me that they are still notifying through next week for admittted candidates, and the fact that you haven’t heard yet doesn’t mean there is no more good news. Still, it seems with each passing day, the chances are getting slimmer. Also, did I read where they are opening up the housing apps this Friday? That would certainly seem to contradict what the admissions office told me because it would not be fair to open housing apps if they hadn’t notified all admitted applicants.</p>

I just checked my status, and it was the normal columns. I clicked and it said I have been added to the waitlist and I would receive more information in the mail.
I guess thats better than being rejected. Now I just have to be hopeful!</p>

<p>Nope, still no psych. Unless all the psych majors on this board were rejected (which is unlikely), they still haven’t posted the major.</p>
<p>I thought I’d check my portal today, since I had nothing better to do, and much to my surprise- I was admitted! (Arch major!)</p>
<p>Then I saw that housing would start tomorrow and that even if I accepted today, I would have to wait up to 48 hours. Say what?</p>
<p>I need more time than that to decide! Anyone know how long until housing fills up?</p>

<p>Jack: I posted this elsewhere but Oregon has better pass rates for the Architectural Registration Exams than Calpoly SLO.</p>
