Yeah im a high school junior
I have crazy anxiety about my future that has definitely gotten better but still is there.
I did a very good job forgetting about it when i was given the same advice on the original thread. Not really forgetting, more like leaving it alone. I focused on my hobbies and spent a lot of time with my friends and family. But at my Christmas Dinner, i was swarmed by relatives asking about my college search and I had to give them answers which caused me to dip into it
I spoke with my guidance counselor at the start of December about my “addiction” and she said she was considering banning me from naviance if my mental health worsened but she didn’t because i improved
