<p>Two years ago, I received notification on Friday, Jan. 29, 2010</p>
<p>Hopefully they will do it this Friday. Since they extended the priority action deadline this year, due to bad weather, I am thinking Jan 31st is probably going to be it.</p>
<p>Ahhhhh I hope it’s this Friday!! I don’t know if I can wait any longer!</p>

<p>don’t worry, i don’t think it’ll make that much of a difference because there weren’t many affected areas from the storm. could still be friday! woooooo and if it’s tuesday it’s still pretty close!!</p>
<p>Watching the Maryland duke basketball game is making this sooo much worse!</p>

<p>Cumulative gpa of first three years: 3.22 (unweighted)
However I feel there has been a significant upward trend in my grades:
(UW=Unweighted)
Freshman (3.0 UW)- mostly B’s and one C
Sophomore (3.17 UW)- Mostly B+'s, one C+, one A-
Junior (3.33 UW)- three A-'s, two B’s, one B+
Senior Year Quarter 1 (3.7 UW)- two A+'s, one A, three B+'s</p>
<p>What are my chances based on just that info?</p>

<p>If you were instate Zachst, I could say you are def in. But i don’t know how they handle OOS. I don’t know if this is necessarily true, but I heard UMD is very number oriented. If so, you are in. </p>
<p>Guys, 5 more days! …that’s a long time 
That’s equivalent to a WHOLE week of school gah! But weekends fly by, so it’s good.</p>

<p>They said once your decision is available online, they’ll sent you an email notification that will provide instructions on how to view your decision</p>

<p>My dad asked some of the UMD professors and they said Jan 31st and that if it comes earlier, it would be very surprising</p>
<p>Am I the only who thinks theyre coming out tomorrow?
Here are my reasons:
- Its unproffesional to give them last minute.
- Last year was an anomaly because of the big snow storms and other factors. This year has been pretty dry. There have been no storms that could have significantly delayed the process.
- In 2009 and 2010 it was on friday, not the last day.
- Before the weekend is better for students and the admission office. We can all have stress relieved and, also, no angry parents can call on the weekend rather than call for the whole week.
- New Application System
- I just am really impatient and anxious and dont want to be stressed for 4 more days.</p>
