I took my son to a visit day in February 2024-- Springfest or something like that. I want been back to SMU in a long time ('91 alumnus) and man, it seems to have grown so much. So many more buildings, so many less trees! I felt like the programming that day was longer than it needed to be-- the initial time in McFarlin auditorium was much too long. It can be tightened, I think. Lots of great places to eat near campus-- sep in Snider Plaza. We stayed at the Lumen Hotel right on Hillcrest and it was a great experience. Super easy to just walk over to campus and it had everything we needed. The traffic around SMU is absolutely crazy so having a valet with in and out service was critical.
