I’m a junior: y’know, the year they really push the AP/IB track kids to work on college stuff, especially. So I’m working on that. I’m an IB Candidate with all AP or IB classes, and since I’m IB, I can’t drop. I have one open spot next semester, and I was going to do a study hall, but there’s a class I REALLY (and I mean reaaaaally) want to take, so I might forego it. I’m student director for the musical starting in January. I’m taking the ACT for the second time December 12. So I’m in ACT tutoring until then. I also have karate two-ish nights a week. Oh, and I’m editor for the school’s literary magazine. And I volunteer once or twice a week, usually weekends.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m incredibly fortunate and not trying to complain. Just laying everything out and giving ya’ll a general idea. Because I am REALLY stressed. I’m a stressful person to begin with—I could be laying on a beach in Hawaii with nothing to do, and I’d STILL be stressed. But put in actual work, studying, etc, and I’m pulling my hair out. I manage to get to bed around ten most nights, but for unknown reasons and despite all measures taken otherwise, I haven’t slept well/properly in about a week. So add that on, and I’m falling over.

I know that for some people, this wouldn’t be a ton, but for me it’s not the easiest thing in the world. Any hints/advice? About sleeping or stress or time management or something?
