I’ve been thinking about this for a while now and have not been able to come to a scientific conclusion.

What exactly causes people to stretch when they wake up or stand upright? There are several reasons that we can give from intuition but what is the scientific reason, if any?

Another question -
why does your arm feel numb when you wake up if you sleep on it? What causes this numbness feeling anyway? It feels like your arm is dead and then the pins and needles feeling comes, and it sucks

You arm feels numb because you have cut off the love that our beloved father in heaven spreads throughout your body. That love is your life force, and you cannot survive without it.

Sleeping on your arm hinders the flow of blood to that part of your body. So, when you wake up, you feel the blood flow back in and it causes some kind of pain. Similar to sleeping and putting your neck in a funny posture.

Dearest Martha, our beloved father in heaven does not send his magnificence in love fluid. His powers spread throughout us with the help of his holy love juice.
