So, when you commented on this admissions thread on February 16, post 3661, about what admissions options were left, you had not been checking your portal for a decision or you had not received any decision as of that date?
I am trying to determing a timeline of when that decision may have been offered, as if you didnât have a decision on the 16th and then have not checked since then, it could have come out since then.
When was the last time you checked your portal?
What Iâm confused about is that @cartershack should have been academic admit unless they missed the minimum on the english section?
I havenât looked at my daughterâs Howdy with my own eyes ever. So I was thinking today I need to see it just in case sheâs looking in the wrong spot or something. But nope it still says complete and in review.
@cartershack Can I ask if you received an email or text today inviting you to check your portal for an update ? Congrats on your exciting offer of admission

I suggest looking in AIS versus Howdy for decisions.
Does auto/academic admit just apply to in state applicants? - perhaps @cartershack is OOS so even with those grand scores/stats they wouldnât have been considered for those admission pathways?

@scotsfi Auto admit, the top 10%, applies to in state Texas high school grads.

Just called. Another advisor told me that all full admits were done, and that PSA and gateway are the only things that are left.
Theres so much conflicting info based on what other people are saying on the forum about the type of decisions still out there and what Im hearing currently that there are only gateway and psa offers out there that Im not believing any thing I hear till tomorrow. I cant trust the admissions desk and take them seriously honestly. All decisions should be out by tomorrow thats whats I`m hearing and I hope they are correct. ONE MORE DAY HOPEFULLY.

@AggieMomhelp AIS has updated, and just as you said earlier, she was offered Gateway. Thank you so much for the guidance. We feel this transition will be perfect for her (and us) as we are stationed 1500 miles away in VA. Her older sister graduates in May with her MSN from Texas State, so at least she is closer than we are! Hope everyone hears something in the next 24 hours! The waiting is the worst. Gig 'em! ?
