@AggieDreamin Where did you read this? I know of a few friends that got deferred for spring grades. However, they are not Mays applicants.
@emd931 for most majors Spring grades are considered but based on this is appears that for Mays it is different.

@nazneena my daughter was accepted to Psychology back in Feb and I believe it was 2 1/2 -3 weeks after the transfer audit was received. Good luck!
My friend applied to psych from blinn on Jan 1 and heard that he got spring review in february

rejected- out of state transfers did you have some core science courses count as nontransferable entirely, and the some that did only count as an elective–andnot even as gen core? this has baffled me.
How does second choice major work? My daughter is deferred for spring grades with a letter from her first choice college dept and has to make an “A” in one particular class to ger her first choice. She will have everything to qualify for her second choice. Has the second choice review committee seen her app or only is sent it once rejected by first choice?

Hey guys, and congratulations to everyone already accepted!
I had a question for anyone willing to offer some insight. My boyfriend applied to Computer Science on 01/09 and received his transfer audit 02/05. His GPA is a 3.9 (A in all coursework , except a B in Physics II) , 41 transferable credits, and his essay was strong and included programming/work experience. But, AIS updated his second choice as his new first choice, so this must mean he was denied CS. Any ideas on why he may have been rejected from his first choice or chances for his second choice Computer Engineering?
