I am an education major
I am eagerly awaiting the admissions decision! I just am curious as when others in the education school will get admitted. @Pluto22
@AggieMomhelp yes ma’am so I talked to them and they said I would most likely be deferred, im attempting to transfer into communications, and the woman I spoke to said it would not hurt my chances. However, do my numbers look good for when I am considered??
@texcr832 thank you!! so if im attempting to transfer for communications how do you think that my number look? when I spoke to admissions on the phone she said this should not hurt my transfer application, just take longer. But the way that I see it, many freshman attempting to transfer are in the same boat.
@astros41 Yes, your GPA looks really strong. Finish this semester strong and you shouldn’t have any trouble!
If deferred to your spring semester grades if I only have 22 hours at the time of application, does that mean as long as my grades are strong and I maintain the GPA above the minimum for that major that I am most likely going to be admitted?

If you majors 1 and 2 both switch to the 2nd choice, does that mean the first choice is rejected? My son has 3.6 GPA, 25hrs and applying to 1) MMET and 2) Industrial Distribution. ONly 3 tabs in Howdy and both majors say Industrial Distribution

@matthewg2477 From my experience from last year when I got deferred for Spring grades, it it said “view
decision” and it was a letter.
@annabananalm like a physical letter sent through the mail or a pdf like the transfer audit sorry I’m just nervous and they don’t really tell you how you’ll receive any of this information just that it’ll be on howdy lol.

@hopefulED2019 Yes I was! However two many factors made me decide not to attend. So I am trying again! I love A&M a little too much to forget about it!
