Has anyone with the major of English been accepted yet?
My daughters boyfriend applied late (like probably a week before deadline)- University Studies. Anyone else apply late like that and have a decision?
Oh whoops I meant for those (transfers) rejected does anyone know if A&M will offer Blinn Team?
@sherry717 My daughter applied late - a few days before the deadline -and received her acceptance about 10 days later. I was pretty surprised!
Or does Blinn offer those who applied as transfer but were rejected another pathway to A&M?
@Paul5678 Blinn is a community college. They don’t have a pathway into A&M.
@paul5678 no pathways for transfer students. Only freshmen get alternate pathways like Blinn Team. But if you get denied, you can meet with advisor of desired major and find out what you need to do the following semester so you can apply again and be admitted!

hey guys, i applied to bioenvironmental sciences in the college agriculture sciences on the very last day. I wasn’t planning on transferring. My number one school is UT; however, A&M is a decent school as well. So, let’s see what happens.

Applied: March 1 (very last minute)

hey guys, so I’m a freshman in college rn wanting to transfer. I’m a BIOL major with 29 hours and a 3.1. I just received my Audit 3/26 and I’m getting nervous. Do I still have a chance because I haven’t received any more info.
@Aggieboil12 I don’t think you should worry, I’m still haven’t received mine either. I think we should give it more time, perhaps a week?

You have just the bare minimum of GPA, so yes there’s a chance but it will depend on others. Not sure if there is a cap on transfers. Also, with the requirements completed (in the link), there are grade requirements as well. Some are Bs and some are Cs. They are very strict on having everyone complete the requirements BEFORE submitting application. If you have some in progress, you will most likely get deferred or sent to you 2nd choice major. Which is what?
I haven’t completed all of the requirements but I have some. Also, I just checked howdy and they sent me to my second choice major which is Psychology.
