TASP Decisions

I don’t think Michigan can be quite as bad as Alabama in the summer time.

The average temperature in Ann Arbor during the summer is in the high eighties. It can get a little humid, but the MBTA house is nice and cool inside. It’s not that bad at all.

Globber, I am just getting around to reading your response to my post. Thank you so much for your thorough response. I had DD read your response and she just can’t wait to get to her TASP.

i hate hot weather. :(

Has anyone done their physical yet? Do we need the part about the Hmg Ct? Isn’t that like blood work?

Eeek. I hope not. My appointment’s on the 19th.

I am yet to set up an appointment. I better get on that…

mine’s tomorrow.

APs Are over for me!!!

It has been quite humid already even in Detroit, MI I must say, so expect hellish weather in Ann Arbor this summer all you UMich TASPers.;)

Will somebody bring a guitar to UT-Austin? I won’t be able to stop by my hometown, so I can’t bring mine. It’d be nice.

I am from Mainland China and am accepted to the Cornell Program Foreign Policy as Subversion this year. I am so very excited to have noticed the news while feeling frantic to fill out all the forms and to struggling through the visa process. Anyway, I am looking forward to meet you all in Cornell this summer^_^

how bad will it be this summer at umich? ive stayed there the past 2 summers; will this year be worse?
i hate humidity…

last post on here.

I’m worried, because I’m flying directly from Taiwan to UT-Austin, which means that I will have no clothes for a week if my luggage gets lost. In which case, you will have to lend me your underwear. And you will like it.

Don’t worry, it won’t be awkward. Just incredibly sexy.

hey, wang and vivianyuzheng, um have u guys already gotten the TASP forms?? i’m still waiting for mine but i figured it might take a while for them to get here since i dont live in the states…

vivian: YAY! I have so many questions about Chinese politics. I’m originally from China, but I moved here when I was four, so I’m more familiar with American politics.

I havn’t received those forms by mail yet, but they kindly put all the forms I need to complete in the e-mail, just in case I can’t receive them.

I am 100% Chinese^_^ Other than the one and a half year I spent in MN and MA during my first and second years of elementary school, I stay in China for all these years.

Hey H20Poloer, do you live in Michigan by any chance???:)

nah, but close. Im in ohio but my house is .5 miles from the MI border. lol; it sux that i don’t get instate UM tuition even though i can see MI from my house.

Ahhh I see!!! Where/with whom did you have your TASP interview if you don’t mind sharing???

my interviewer didn’t do MI; sorry. He can from Ithaca, NY to interview candidates from Ohio.

Let’s list what state/country we are all from so as to see the distribution of the number of TASPers selected from each state. Also, it shows what a “region” comprises of.
