Tennis or basketball

<p>Running is not the most energy consuming activity in basketball, the physical contact is. If you don't believe me, try guarding someone who is bigger and stronger than you and wants to post up. Denying him position and keeping him off the boards takes much more energy than running.</p>


<p>actually, the whole cardiovascular vs muscular, I'd say basketball is much more muscular and tennis is slightly more cardiovascular.</p>

<p>and after the second set I could figure out how someone hit, unless they're hiding some tricky stuff but not usually</p>
