Yes, I’m going, but mostly just to make everyone else happy. The after-prom is more exciting. I’ll probably just play cards with my harem during the dance. The dinner will most likely be crappy, as prom dinners always seem to be. It’s a good thing the prom is free at my school.

Harem made me chuckle, old chap. Good sport.

[No.](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDeDQpIQFD0)[i] No.* NO.

I…Impossible.

The University of Guam is my new dream school.

My dad has been to Guam. It sounded boring.

My cousin lives in Guam. He’s some sort of contractor. I would feel rather trapped there.

The prom wasn’t so silly after all. I learned that my moves don’t suck nearly as much as some people’s. The only kids who can really dance are the ones from other schools. Too many Mennonites here. And the after prom wasn’t as exciting as it could have been, but I got about $60 worth of free stuff. For the entire evening being free of charge, that’s pretty good.

Now I’m disappointed. It wasn’t like Footloose at all?

Yeah, a little. Most people didn’t dance very much. They did play Footloose, but I didn’t know the dance, so I just did some generic stuff.

They played some Basshunter stuff. I was impressed.

Everyone knows Basshunter.

Uh, no. This is Ohio.

I finished The Count of Monte Cristo today. Genius. That was definitely one of my faster reads.

Basshunter?

And I finished studying earlier. Mwahaha.

I had grand plans of writing a bunch of my novel today. But I did no homework at all.

I got National Merit. What two colleges should I put down?

Congratz!

I have no idea.

I wouldn’t bother putting down reach schools. Put down safety schools where they give you extra scholarship money. I guess some reach schools can give extra money too, but they’re rather stingy with it, since those awards are normal.

I was only Commended, and my school still made a huge deal about it. I got a write-up in the newspaper.

I’m going to be Commended, I’m positive. 207 whatwhat.

Scripps and Rice? Rice apparently gives you an application waiver. Scripps probably won’t give me anything, but at least it shows interest.

You don’t need to show that much interest. Pick a school that will give you something. You show interest by visiting, applying, and sending emails.

I won’t be able to visit, most likely. Maybe. idk.

UT-Knox, Pomona, Harvard, Columbia, Northwestern. Perhaps Vandy instead of Northwestern. idk. Pick one, then.

Snoop’s school list

Harvard
Columbia
Pomona
Vandy
Rice
Northwestern
UT-Knox
Scripps
Yale (So you and the Canadian have a school in common)
TBD obscure LAC

NM at Rice and Vandy.

If I apply to more than 7 schools I will be looked at like an alien, and in this case peer pressure matters to me. And I will apply to Yale when it moves to Santa Barbara.
