BW did make offers for their November auditions, any one who auditioned later had to wait till March
Anyone familiar with how the waitlist works at Utah for the mtp program?

RE: the May 1st deadline…what if a school is NOT listed in the National Association for College Admissions Counseling? Does that mean they can select any date?
I looked up several schools, since S rec’d an acceptance from a school that has a 4/15 deadline.
In case anyone is interested, for the schools on S’s list, I did not find the following in the member directory of NACAC;
Ohio Northern, U Utah, Temple U (Only Japan and Public Health at Temple were listed), and Viterbo
@mommyMT and @MagsmomMT2019, my D is on the WL for Utah(MT BFA). She reached out to David over the weekend and asked how probable it is to come off of the WL, and he said they’ve actually never had to use the WL…but he said you never know…
@“K&Tmom” THanks for that information. My D was also waitlisted and we were trying to figure out if there is typically enough movement to make a visit appropriate, but if that is the case we won’t worry about. That’s a bummer - my D loved their audition!
@lithpool I don’t know the answer about whether a non-NACAC school can pick any date, but my son’s acceptance letter from Temple has a 5/1 commitment deadline noted (it says that if the deposit isn’t received by 5/1, he won’t be eligible for the scholarship they’ve awarded him).
Does anyone happen to know when Wagner College will announce their decisions?
Well, D just received an email asking if she was interested in joining the Pom team at OCU. She would be interested…but hasn’t heard if she has been accepted to MT yet. Lol! Anyone else get this?
@mtmom3girls bahaha! The same exact email came through to my D while I was reading your comment! We are still waiting on acceptance too, but I think it would be a bit of a stretch for my D to be a “pom”. Good dancer but not great.
@mtmom3girls @4angels my D also received this email today…perhaps they send it to all auditioning girls? D just did the audition this past saturday, which was the last audition date, and she is not what i would call a “dancer”
For those of you who received a before May 1 request, you can ask for an extension. There are several logical reasons why: 1. still auditioning, 2. waiting to hear about acceptance from other schools, 3. waiting to receive the financial aid packages from other schools.
@mtmom3girls and @4angels - my D applied early to OCU but decided later not to audition… but she got the invite to join the pom team too!
My D reached out as well. He said no info will go out until 4/15 regarding if a spot has opened up or not. I have a pretty bummed D as she loved them but she still has other options so it will all work out.
Any updates on those Pace calls?
Wright State notice of acceptance BFA Acting came by snail mail today!
@MTMomma13 ~ Pace is closed today because of weather. Not sure if that will make a difference.

S rec’d a yes for BFA MT from Wright State today via snail mail. He said it was a ‘BIG’ envelope.
