@mtmom3girls I get it about the “right” email or none at all… yesterday when my daughter was awaiting news from Coastal they managed to email her multiple times with completely un-BFA-related nonsense. We were like “is this an actual joke?”
@El-Cee it’s like Facebook. If I even think about something random say, “I wonder if that electric cat litter box actually works”. Bam. Ads for said litter box all over the place!!

@speezagmom Too funny! But you’re right!! Although I have another S who will be class of 2024 (no performing arts though), so I’ll need to see if there’s anything out there like this awesome place for game design…
@frisbee3 and anyone else waiting for Coastal: It is my understanding that all CCU acceptances have been sent. (Please don’t throw things at me). Waitlist and No’s have NOT been sent (or hadn’t been as of earlier this morning.) Waitlists will be sent via email, though I am unsure if they will be sent this week or at a later date. Hope this helps anyone who has been waiting. Hang in there everyone still waiting on schools- this is the most stressful time of the process! (At least it was for us).

Rejection from BW. And I suppose from CMU, based on reports.
It’s a no for my S for BW. It’s hard not to really be worried right now. He only has six audition schools and it appears four of the schools have sent out or called their acceptances - needless to say, he hasn’t gotten the call, email, anything (except for BW). I was really hopeful for Coastal as he loved the school/program, it’s in state and he got a lot of merit scholarship money. And now that’s not looking like a reality. Pretty bummed, but I’m trying to keep him optimistic. This process is harsh.
@HancoK01MT We are in the same boat. We were hoping to Coastal too. Palmetto fellow and all. Would have been close to home. Sigh…
