@katliamom- I first paid $107 (realized later I got $18 back on mrrebates but didn’t see that). I found the same bag on JCPenney (I never shop there but it popped up on my screen) for about $25 less, so I tried to cancel the ebags order which was still “pending”. The Customer service woman first told me they couldn’t cancel the order- the best she could do was waive the “restocking fee” and would send me the link to the return label.
Then when she said it was coming from a warehouse not terribly far away, I mentioned that we were having the driveway and sidewalk repaved and the delivery person wouldn’t be able to get to the door (I already redirected a FedEx delivery- but this would be UPS). Well suddenly she was able to try to intercept the order tomorrow and see if she could in fact cancel it, typing in her notes that the delivery guy would not have access to the house. I got her to email me (so I have her name and email) and she said she’d let me know tomorrow if she was able to intercept and cancel the order/send it back to the warehouse. I went ahead and ordered from JCPenney (fortunately they list slow delivery so the walkway/driveway will be dry by then) and I am also supposed to get 10% back on mrrebates. This was a PITA to save less money than it first seemed, but if worse comes to worse, I will return the ebags one if she can’t intercept the shipping.
It seemed worth doing when it was a $25 difference. But now its likely to be only a $ 14-15 difference. It probably still would have bugged me to waste $14-15 since I was able to fix it. If I’d simply missed the deal I’d have shrugged it off!
He’d better call the company tomorrow to get this sorted out (as they obviously regard him as the “legitimate” card-holde<<<<<<<<<<
I assume you have online access to the account (primary card holder vs 2nd card access) because this is just in the settings. You choose which phone number(s) is used for verification. AFAIK there is no shared account on CC’s, you are the secondary holder, if that is a pain because you don’t have proper access that isn’t merely a setting, then you have to apply for your own CC account. In reality he IS the legitimate holder and is responsible for the bill.

We were walking in the Ramble in Central Park (a natural area with winding footpaths) T-day weekend and a young woman ran up to us and asked if we were “doing the scavenger hunt”. Apparently there was a Hydroflask hunt, a backpack hidden somewhere with a bunch of their stuff in it.
First time I heard of it. Not getting how it is different from Yeti?

@Nhatrang - for use in a house or camping? The former have the built-in pumps that plug in, the latter do not but seem to me to be sturdier…
Hydro Flask is just another high quality insulated beverage product. My grad student swears by hers! I think either brand is very good but sizes, shapes, features may determine which someone would choose.
I have personally seen Hydro Flask most often as a tumbler or water bottle shape. The Yeti (2) I bought yesterday was a 14 oz. handled mug. I actually wish I had bought another! I’m keeping my eye out for another sale…

The hydroflask mug is similar to the Yeti. I love my hydroflask water bottle and I ordered my H two Hydroflask mugs from Moosejaw on Black Friday. They will come in handy for camping. I think the two brands are similarly priced.
@Nhatrang if you’re looking for an aero bed and can wait Costco sometimes has it on sale.

My AllBirds arrived yesterday - a word of advice, I ordered my correct size and they are too small. I’m so disappointed.
Re Dr. Martens - every time I see somebody wearing them, I shudder; they remind me of 1970/1980s skinheads bovver boots. My D has a pair and I hate them.
