<p>Why are you protesting against the IIT?</p>
<p>Student: My father paid Rs.1 lac for preparation for IIT to FIITJEE and now the pattern is changed so my fathers money is wasted.</p>
<p>My remarks: Kid what the f does IIT care if you take tuitions for JEE. They are free to make any sort of changes to JEE. Actually they have the right to inform about changes as late as while distributing the forms. Because the Institutes are not endorsed by IIT’s, it’s not their fault that you spent 1 lac. and if the court entertains such pretences that would really make me hate the Judicial system of our country.</p>
<p>i ve got a question though … what are the forms u generally hav to fill in for fin aid and what dupporting docs do we hav to provide…giv detials guys…who know it ofcourse…and any tips and tricks here…</p>

<p>I too support the new IITJEE format… But ppl, its very very true that students of UP and Bihar board rarely get above 60%… I personally know a student who had cracked IITJEE in his first attempt but scored just 57% in Inter Council Exam(Bihar Intermediate)…But still, on the whole, the new rules r great… :)</p>
<p>the ppl in bihar and up board cracking iitjee getting below 60% are ones who do not study for boards…and that is precisely what the rule is for…Study and get the marks</p>

Only about 6000 students out of 80,000-100,000 students got 1st division in Bihar Intermediate this year. Even the majority of the students of the Science College(Patna) got 2nd Division. (Science college is the most reputed college in Patna, where the minimum %age required to get admitted in their Junior College is above 92.4% aggregate (last year’s stats).</p>
