CONGRATS NOLDO!!!
this is probably the most accomplished group of people in the entire history of TiT!!! Now i cant wait for the 29th when all my desicions will come out!!!
hopefully i’ll have a —> or …Class of 2011 to show.

why didn’t i apply west coast???
i guess it’s because i chose all my colleges in the heat of an indian summer!

Yeah, I’m sitting here and boiling quietly and wondering what the heck I’m thinking, with Caltech. (Of course, you are all going to laugh at me for calling Bangalore’s mild weather ‘boiling’, but I really can’t take the heat!)

I know that this will sound really obtuse, but…
Why is March 29th such a mystical date?

Its not as if a prophesy is going to come true then. (Unless for some of you, it will)

course it will be March 30th by the time we get decisions, so I don’t really know why we’re all referring to it as the 29th :D

Noldo, are you going to join the cursed popcorn club on the 29th/30th? :)

And I just realized that a certain someone’s just a post (or now two :p) behind me in posts on tIT, bewarned Kriti:

*Thou shalt not pass

And reading back, I see that I’ve pretty much replicated what Shri said a few pages back, two posts ago (I’m really not making much sense am I?); twins forsooth! (three posts in a row, anymore and I’ll change into bas!

No, I won’t be in the popcorn club. I am a nice person.
(Also, I do want to know whether I’m in at Princeton and Cornell or not, even if I do have my top choice.)

In case you need something to do; (in addition to prep and whatnot), have a gander at Orbiter; http://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/orbit.html Perfect for whiling away a few hours and actually moderately accurate. :)

Congrats Noldo(:D)

Moreso i am happy that you were going to choose it over Cambridge City College. I hated Caltech, but now i only hate CCC.

CONGRATS NOLDO!!! WOW , you must be a very very very very ^10000 smart candidate! i hear they take very few from India. well done!!! (showers more praise!!!)

to the others///dont worry, you guys will get in somewhere fab! just have some patitience and it will be all good!

—> —> Just for the heck of it. :)

Come the 29th, I think I’ll for for a <–> though. (Musn’t discriminate against equilibria y’know… :D)

i just looked at this figure- yale college has about 25 indians  That is quite high compared to H and P.

were there any TiTians in the past who were accepted into Yale?

Return to respectability: Daily round up: 79 posts.

A very happy day for TiT though, regardless of the post count. Congrats Noldo once again.

And for the rest of us ordinary mortals: 4 days to go…

Anyone here apply to Case Western Reserve?

Congratulations Noldo!

I’m really happy for you. I probably won’t be online much because, well, coming to CC sort of just gets my nerves high. And I want to enjoy my break. :p

Wait till you hear the number of Indians at Penn(:D)
There was one in 14, accepted into EA/ED/Whatever. I am not able to remember the name exactly.

Did anyone read Yale’s president speech, in which is said that Yale will try to attract more Indian? Pity, I didn’t applied.

Abhi, what’re you doing online at 3:30 in the morning?

On another note, I guess we’ll need a chatroom for the 29th. Chatting on the forum could get very, very difficult as they’ll be quite a few TiT’ers online and pages after pages will be getting filled.

Well, I was trying to finish Vectors till shrivats started his countdown for 29th.
