I remember Senator Packwood. What was strange was that he was a “champion of women’s rights”, but still did what he did. He also immediately left the senate and went into some kind of rehab. That’s the first time I heard of someone doing that, just to duck out of the harsh spotlight and all.
The CA teacher was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Jeeze! Men…all of you…keep your hands to yourself. Keep your lewd thoughts to yourself. It’s NEVER OK. NEVER. Seriously! Always. To yourself! Got it? Right now I’m referring to Louis C.K. But let’s be clear, I’m talking to everyone! I’m beyond disgusted and sickened by every (EVERY) story I hear/read.
And let me be even clearer…it’s not just “Hollywood” - I’ve been accosted by men on the street, at my place of work (not current), at school, at the beach, and more. None of these were “Hollywood”
…AND I believe EVERY story. Every single one of them! Not one doubt.
I’m not going to believe every single story. Some women lie, like “Jackie” at UVa. But when there is a clear pattern of sexually harassing women with many women coming out with similar stories, independent of one another, like the Cosby case, then yes.

Yep, well, last night at work, when it was only women around, coworkers began sharing stories with each other.
These were not stories from our current place of employment, but rather stories of sexual aggression experienced when we were much younger, in a various arenas of life. It was a mini- #metoo session.
Some of the stories were quite shocking, and other stories all too familiar. 
And there is this…
A writer on Madmen has accused series creator Michael Weiner of sexual harassment. If you read the story, it sounds like every time she succeeded he had to knock her down a peg. When he promoted her to staff writer, he told her that she should let him see her naked as some kind of thank you. Then, after she won an Emmy along with him, she was not allowed to speak on stage and she was fired from the show the next season.
