@ free I have the exact same problem with my SAT 1 scores as well. I had told them way back when I was applying that none of the materials (transcripts, score reports, etc) I had sent in was displayed like it was for a couple of my friends, even though I had sent my stuff in before my friends had. I had even called collegeboard and TCS to confirm and although collegeboard was pretty ambiguous TCS gave me the name of the person who collected my stuff at LUMS. I emailed this info to the LUMS admission office and got a response that all my stuff had been received, although it still didnt show up on the online tracker. Now, when I checked it today, it shows that they havent received my original SAT 1 scores although they have received all the stuff I sent in through the mail. I have no idea what LUMS has got against us SAT 1 ppl and our SAT scores

So i’m not the only one…you applied on the basis of SAT 1 too?
So what do we do now?
I called them but an extremely rude peon picked up who pretty much slammed the phone in my face after saying k offices are closed today.
I even attached a copy of my College board history of sent scores and mailed it to them.
What do we do now??

Wait. And read my PM.

Guys guys you are taking lums adcom tooo seriously…just know this that they wouldnt return the favor
if they really need something they’ll call you …
dont expect anythin to happen online

^ They’re so wierd =/
@ theGame: Yup read and replied. Thanks a million!!!

Lums miss hai…dont start abusing me
i just don’t like the crowd

With all due respect, is LUMS even worth all this hype =p

sighs
Tell me about it.
I have to spend more than half of my day trying to explain to people why I’m giving LUMS up because of Colgate. Its the same question over and over again. People here think LUMS is Harvard.

And I need a back up in case of a problem with the visa :P

thats what she said

@ Free
most of the people apply to lums with the same intention…I did the same thing!!

^^ spot on, and its unfortunate that sometimes their plans end up back firing…

Lums aint a deffo back up. A guy I know, 5 years back got into Harvard and got rejected from Lums… Talk about back up =p I have a very strong feeling that I’ll get rejected from Lums despite my good academic profile…

Maybe he didn’t put an effort into his Lums application. Anyway theGame is going to Gettysburg, i’ll be going to UCLA inshAllah…what about the rest of you?

I shouldn’t get rejected unless THEY do a big mess up…i should be in on the basis of SAT 1. It’ll be grossly unfair if they reject me =o
But yeah LUMS obviously isnt a back up.

And yeah me to Colgate =p

And me to Oxford if i get scholarship, tufts or washington uni or others if i get accepted on their waitlists. If not all this, thn WPI.

And me to LSE if I make the grade in further maths.

@nrmncpr

so u have to get grade in further maths? huh. what is ur conditional offer and what subject are u going to pursue?

With so many of us headed for the US hopefully, should we arrange a meeting of sorts before leaving? Just a thought.
