The official Pakistani Thread for the class of 2013

A fancy one this time. Let’s see who answers this little one the fastest.

Q: We all know Obama did his LLM from Harvard Law School, but does anyone know where he did his Bsc from? [Hint: Two schools]

Against Pakistani instinct, act honestly and don’t google the answer.

Oberlin?? or bard?

No!

ok i remember… was it occidental?

He went to Occidential College. Then after 2 years, transfered to Columbia. I heard he was a pot-head in his teens, LA streets really got to him! :D

LA? Thought he was from Chicago

ok so it seems what i mentioned is correct…Half of it… and

@ The Game
now where have you gone?

*** applauds the guts, wit and memory charm of the MindHunter ***

I was going to say the college name begins with O like Oxford and that his 2nd college was an Ivy league. You did it without em - well, at least half of it. Still, well done, Hunter ;)

Btw, talha_adnan, thanks for ruining a bit of fun we were having here. You knew it and knew too that the Hunter was after it. Ate his prey, eh? Now enjoy the feast alone.

@ The game

Hey, I just read your question.
I probably would have applied to Middlebury, Grinnell, Oberlin, Northeastern and one lower-tier Ivy(if there is such a thing) in addition to the colleges I already mentioned.
And yeah, first try for the SAT without any tuition. I did study ALOT for the math component though.

Some good choices there. Would you have applied for fin aid? If so, most would have been level/reaches.

Cornell, Columbia and Dartmouth may be considered low-tier Ivys.

Regarding the SAT, Maths is the most coachable, I feel. CR comes from blood. Writing from practice.

Yeah, I would’ve have applied for FA. I read somewhere that middlebury and Williams are need-blind for internationals. Is that true?

Anyone with a puzzle for us to solve? I think we need more of these to remain busy as the decision days loom. And their implications.

@aak: Middlebury was but isn’t anymore. Williams remains need-blind. Dartmouth is need-blind too - bet you didn’t know that, now, did ya?

@ The game…
i really do agree…but now i am leaving. Goin with friends so I hope the decision thingy would not bug me atleast for next coupleof hours. N man, y r u worried? Chill …U GOIN TO GETTYSBURG…FOR FREE!
