I’ve already wasted one year just because my father wanted me to go to Canada, and if I re-apply (and get rejected again), I lose the chance of going to my backup university where classes start in July. Although, I am not sure about the visa procedure… I can say this…
Try to find evidence and reasons to prove that you will leave Canada if the law requires you to. You will not illegally stay there. Also, how much did you show as financial proof. That might be the reason… Just check.

And why dont you check the visa application site for FAQ? Maybe, send them a message with your query. Better to check with who will actually be GIVING you the visa than us.</p>

<p>@Mohammad: What appeal? I showed a 100,000 riyals as financial proof, since my expenses would have been 90,000 per year including everything. They did not put a checkmark next to financial proof in the letter of rejection. I’ve already emailed them since they do not take telephone calls :)</p>
<p>@ttq Ummmm, I just checked on their site. There is no way for a formal appeal. You can apply again but it wont be useful if your conditions have not changed.
Waise, they told you, they think you might not leave Canada after studies. What makes them think so? You must have done something in the application or something which made them think so. Yaad karo… If you have a copy of your application, check it again. I haven’t seen the application form myself so I have to ask you this:
Does it ask anywhere in the application about your intention of staying or working in Canada?
Jot down two or three points which you think might have made them refuse your visa. Then, think if you want to apply again to Canada or not.</p>

Yehi to! I never said that I wouldn’t leave canada. Infact it’s a prerequisite for applying that you agree to leave Canada after the degree. I did everything after careful research! THe only reason I can think of is that I applied 2-3 months after I got my acceptance! But they would have specified that! I cannot find any point. ■■■!</p>
