Not yet 07Dad, but Texas visits me next weekend.

OK–*Midnight Train to Georgia *except he’s leaving Texas.

Catch a Tiger by the tail (or, er, something else…)

Hmmm, lets see what a possible book title could be.

A Tail of 16 Women
The Tiger Tails
Tiger Tails All
Wilt Chamberlain is my Hero

How about Always Putterin’ Around?

Lol!!!

“Hmmm, lets see what a possible book title could be.”

18 Holes.

Or…

Playing 18 Ho’s (don’t know how to write Ho in plural)
Playing a Bad Lie
A Wood or an Iron? I Hit Both. (a stretch: tree and hydrant. not good if it needs explanation, right?)

ooo mafool. I like “playing a bad lie.” Nice.

I will vomit if Elin is there standing by her man at the press conference tommorrow. I don’t think she will, but you never know.

I just saw a recent pix of Tiger. Looks like the stud muffin is no longer looking so studly. He has gained quite a bit of weight these past few weeks.

I am wondering how many golf fans have been totally turned off by Tiger. When he first burst on the scene, I enthusiastically followed him and rooted for him to win. Over the years, I have been more ambivalent about his winnings and now I will be rooting against him. I compare him to Mel Gibson. Loved watching the Mad Max movies and Lethal Weapon movies. Enjoyed the quiet little movie, Tim. Also enjoyed Braveheart. Now, I would never see a Mel Gibson movie. It will be interesting to see the dynamics of the crowds at his first tournament. Will the fans boo. Will they yell out rude remarks. It will be interesting to watch.

In any other sport they might do those things. But golf spectators like to maintain a certain decorum. Something along the lines of silently turning their backs while he drives or putts might be more likely.

And I agree that “Playing a Bad Lie” is the winning book title. :D

Check back tomorrow, OK?

Maybe he is coming back for the Masters? These tx. are very tough to get and go to “certain folks” first. I would expect a quieter gallery.

Anyone remember the tournament played on Long island NY a few years back. Very vocal, boisterous crowd who were taunting a few players at the time. Now that would be a bad idea.

I’m not sure how I feel about watching Tiger anymore…

Personaly I think he should play some lesser tourny first just to get it over with.

I don’t recall the name of the tournament, but I heard that he was going to be in one in March that ONLY has a gallery of privately invited, so no problems are expected.

Probably because he’s unable to engage in his usual level of activity.

Good one! :D

I find it inevitable but bizarre that he is going to “speak.” I guess he created, with his silence, the opposite of what he was hoping for, and now he has to “say something,” as if he were married to America and owes us all an explanation.

I think we know too much about people we don’t even know these days.

And, yet, I will read the articles, too. :p
