Mine is blurry, too! And my hair looks red - it’s brown and gray.
OMG, I’m a redhead, too! t least my face is not orange, unlike my husband’s who also had to renew his license recently! ![]()
Got a new drivers license when we moved to a new state a couple of years ago. Somehow, he got a great picture of me (my previous one from my old state looked worse then a mug shot). Even the guy who took it said it was nice! I will hold on to this version of me on my license as long as I can. I know in my old state they sometimes let you keep the old photo on for a few license renewals.
Now my passport photo - that is another story - worse photo ever taken of me!
My passport photo looks like it was taken for a Glamour edition!
It was done by folks at our Costco when they still had a photo center. I will miss that photo in two years… ![]()
When we moved, I handed over my MA license in the process of getting an AZ license. The worker looked at me and pointed out that my MA license had “M” in the “sex” field. In the ten years I had that license, how the heck had I never noticed that? Thankfully, I did not need to prove the inaccuracy to get it corrected on the new license.
To get back to the OP question….. I go to a sculpting pilates class this morning . Then PT for injuries due to pickle ball. Pickle ball is tomorrow. Does this make me old? I swear though the more that I am active the more sore in the morning getting out of bed or walking downstairs. What’s up with that? I turned 65 in March and really don’t “feel “ 65 at all. I am very active etc.
OH well. But I gotta tell you if my friends told me how great Medicare with a secondary/drug plan is I would of turned 65 sooner. ![]()
We’re all 18 in our heads. It’s the mirrors that are defective.
One of my kids has one like this…and loves it. Very MCM.
And versatile too…you can cut them out and use as falsies.![]()
I need the one more than the other. ![]()
You have never heard of the Tijuana Brass??
Damn mirror ![]()
My eyesights are not as good as before, so I still look good in the mirror.
Maybe I should rethink getting cataract surgery.
It’s eye-opening, pun intended.
The only negative I found with cataract surgery- I look in the mirror and there are so many more wrinkles!
I have a group of friends who I call the playgroup. We got together 32 years ago when our kids were born as a mom’s group. Have been through it all together - from diapers to weddings. Now the first of these kids has a baby - the playgroup the next generation. Yes, it makes me feel old!
Whenever I think of driver’s license photos, I always think of this episode from Home Improvement where Tim uses Jill’s drivers license photo for a fancy event.
Aired in 1993 and I remember it like yesterday. Does this make ME old?! ![]()
DH and I wandered through the Vermont Country Store today where almost every product there made me feel old. Remember these?
When I was in my 40s people told me I looked like her and I remember thinking, yeah, especially that driver’s license picture! I can look just like that when I laugh too hard!
