My son was just admitted into Arts and Science as a sophomore transfer from a US college. He would have been thrilled at this news in May or June, now he is trying to find out how the online classes will work and when he will be allowed to enter Canada under a student visa. He only has a couple of days before tuition is due at his US college.
Just feeling stressed that they only have 4 workdays next week…

At least you got a decision and it was not a refusal, and I am still in suspension lol RIP.

You just submitted your additional documents, as far as I remember? Your grades are outstanding. I am sure you will be admitted as soon as they review your application again. Don’t worry.

I just got admitted! Does anyone know what this means in terms of registration? It seems like registration happened in early june and i’m not sure how transfers who just got accepted will get in to the classes they want
@abaylen My son is a U3 (fourth year). What I can tell you is this: add/drop at McGill is insane. Figure out the classes you want and have some backups and then get into Minerva and register. For those you don’t get, register on getaseat.ca to get pinged when a seat opens up. (It works.)
There is a ton of adding/dropping that happens. You still have hope!
hi everyone! my status recently changed to further review required and they’ve asked me to submit a summary of activities from January to September. Do you think there’s any format I should follow? Because they ask for “a chronological list of educational and employment activities”. Thank you!
I did a similar thing. What I did was follow the timeline and made a brief summary of each activity. I also added some certificates honoured for my activity at the back of the whole summary and turned the summary into a pdf before submitted it. You may write a bit more about the part you find most impressive and influential. Hope this helps～

Any updates guys？i actually have bad news here. A lady from Service Point told me today that admission has pretty much finished in July, people with status like FRR like me in August are already on the waitlist to be refused due to limited space.
Does that apply to students who are waitlisted? Good luck to everyone 
I guess so, she said there is simply no more space in August, no matter what your status is.
She said we will barely have a chance unless someone breaks his leg or something.
No matter it is good news or a bad one, I just wish everybody can post their latest updates here so that we can judge the current situation.
