@morelifeee I believe the first person heard back last year on April 23rd but he was in engineering (probably earlier bc engineering and chem are the only schools where you apply to the major/are automatically in your major as soon as you start, L & S you’re not officially in your major till junior year), first wave (assuming some LAS) was May 1 tho
Hello guys! Haven’t posted for a while. I will SIR to UCSB currently for it has a good physics program. (I heard from sources that their physics program is even better than that of UCLA?) LOL I don’t know, honestly I don’t care which undergraduate school I go to a lot. No matter what programs I am admitted to by Berkeley is fine, FPF or what. Actually I am interested in that global edge program lol. Good luck everyone!

Just opted in for EECS. I know I have no shot but UCSB gave me a full ride so I’ll be more than happy to SIR and attend there.
Does anyone know the best place to look for/match up with roommates online or should we just rely on the schools’ systems of choosing who lives where?

ONLY 8,739 admits only 71% SIR’ed. Therefore, 30% and so, went to other schools. 
Hopefully people do the same thing for this year. I know these two girls in my school will not attend UCB because they got a full ride somewhere else.

Sadly I don’t, but @scarletwitchx mentioned in the UC Berkeley 2021 Applicants thread that last year was 33%, and I was wondering where he/she got that info from.
