Anyone still waitlisted for intended social sciences in l&s? I’m curious if cal admits based on major.
yah I got in on january admit and i was experiencing all the weird glitch things

@Survivor18 I did my SIR just now and when I went to choose FPF Berkeley it said I was registered in it
OOS from Massachusetts. Got in L&S January start!!! Go Bears!!! So proud of myself.

@AlbionH I don’t know. Tbh I haven’t even responded or looked at that too deeply yet. Still trying to decide if I’m going to accept or not. Hopefully I can get to that stuff tomorrow. Let me know if you find out how to do so.
Does anyone know the likelihood of getting in now? I’m OOS L&S And really disappointed I wrote the admissions office a letter expressing my interest in everything and have good stats, idk where I went wrong
Does anyone know that if we are ONLY allowed to go to community college for the January start? I got into UT and I would like to go there for a semester before going to Berkeley if I chose to go to Berkeley at all.
Congratulations My son got into Berkeley as well off the waitlist for the January session. I’d always assumed that colleges start only in September so I don’t know what the January session means. Do they not graduate with the rest of the class? Does this make them the class of 2022?
Do you guys know if fpf starts at the same day as the regular fall starts?
Idk when I’m supposed to fly to cal. Is there an orientation date released?
@ellaelei UT has to offer a program where you do not enroll as a full time student. Good luck finding a program relevant to your major.
@Cheeseisbae I’m not home right now so I haven’t looked in to housing yet. I’m not really sure how we’re supposed to do it either
