@AlbionH It sounds like we’re in the exact same situation! I was just a little bit worried because on CalCentral, I’m still listed as a Spring 2018 admit, but I received confirmation on the Admissions Portal for FPF. I too have created a “@berkeley.edu” e-mail, but wasn’t sure if I was or how I am supposed to proceed with housing application (as it was not on my checklist of to do on the CalCentral home page)… How did you apply for housing?
I have a question, since we start a semester later, do we have to go to school during the summer? I know that with my financial aid offer, they only gave me financial aid for one semester. Does this mean that we only go for one semester and then start the new year along with every other student?
@Cheeseisbae After you select FPF Berkeley on the form, it takes you to a confirmation which states that… However, after you close the confirmation page, you will no longer be able to see it again.
@lostinlife2021 I just went on housing for berkeley and it let me do it with my account. I got the confirmation on the website but I fear it’s not official unless I get an email and I won’t be able to attend unless I can start this semester so…
How do we set up our email?

@johnlimster a friend of mine got in for L&S and he was intended for CS. Saw on reddit that someone got in for CS as well.

For those accepted and confused about the housing application, I think you just go to portal.housing.berkeley.edu and complete the application. I’ve already set up my CalNetID but I’m not really sure whether or not you have to do that before applying for housing

So I was admitted off the waitlist and signed up for the FPF program at Berkeley… I’m not sure how to apply for housing/if I still can (I saw on a website somewhere that the deadline already passed?) I also don’t know what my CalNet ID is/how I can make one haha I just need help in general lmk!!
@“livs:)))212131” You can still apply for housing - your deadline is your SIR deadline. You can log onto calcentral and there should be a message on your dashboard saying how to setup a calnet ID. Then go onto the housing portal and login and fill it out 
I got off the wait list for eecs. I am honestly shocked.

GUYS if I was admitted for Spring 2018 am I allowed to apply for FPF? I’m just a little confused because I was allowed to sign up via the Pathways form and it directed me to a confirmation page and everything (but its still not updated on CalCentral or anything) Yet, when I was scrolling through on twitter, I saw Cal Admissions post “If you were admitted for spring 2018, you most likely will not have FPF as a choice, as that occurs in Fall 2017.”
Should I be concerned?
You should be able to sign up for FPF i signed up for it yesterday and got the confirmation @lostinlife2021
