Any news for today??
Apparently UCLA is taking in state students off the waitlist today.
cal hasn’t accepted any oos and intl too, right? ik abt in state but i just wanna see if they’re following along like the other ucs that have been accepting oos first
I have not seen any posts about any Waitlisted students being admitted from UC Berkeley so far.
None yet but according to someone on tiktok, UC Berkeley apparently underadmitted this year and thus will take a lot off the waitlist. He said that the admission officers said they would accept mainly in-state and OOS but not international and Business kids
I’m hoping this means it won’t be as bad as <30 students off the waitlist like last year.
how accurate is this guy normally? i wanna believe it but i gotta make sure lol
This video was released 2 days ago and in the video he mentioned that UCI would have waitlist admits and sure enough yesterday there was a UCI waitlist wave for in-state.
I think generaly he’s pretty accurate and more than that, hes just reciprocating what the admission officers told him so i’d say pretty trustworthy
Yea i think it will def be mre than 30 kids lol idk what was going on last year
it might be over for international students ![]()
A user on Reddit claims that someone they know got off the waitlist for in-state bio major yesterday a few minutes ago… I’m not sure if it is real.
could u send the link? idk if i believe it but i just wanna see if possible
ok they probably are lying since someone just said they spoke to an admissions officer and they haven’t admitted anyone off the waitlist yet
Praying it means “relatively fewer” internationals, like it is with regular admissions, as opposed to “only like 10 internationals are getting admitted”..
The latter might be true though…
Let me have hope
please

the link isn’t working for me ![]()
, regardless, i still think that if admissions officers are saying that they haven’t accepted anyone yet, then it’s most likely true.
