Portal astrology won’t work for me as I applied to Berkeley Summer Sessions meaning I set up a CalnetID in the past. However, will the FFT/FTT trick work for me on Tuesday despite already having a CalnetID setup previously? Thanks, and good luck to everyone!

Guessing there could a chance that a forbidden and SIS log in could still mean waitlist? Like when the FFT/FTT code comes out in a couple days a forbidden + FTT is accept and forbidden + FFT is waitlist

There are not messing it up as you say. OTOH an overtly hackish applicant could mess up their admit by going overboard.

So if I see not authorized and fft right now, is it likely that I am rejected? Or does it only matter what’s there on the 26th?

As far as I know the not authorized will not change. Because you don’t have the ID assigned. If the FFt will change to Ftt on Tuesday you could be waitlisted.
If you will not find the withdrawal option at all on Tuesday then is rejection.

hi guys - this thread has been very entertaining so I’ll provide my astrology results -
(for context - I got into UCLA & Regents @ UCSC), applying as L&S major. I have never participated in a summer session at ucb.

Cal Day - Admitted Students - access denied

Appeal form:

  • "Our records indicate that you are not authorized to access this form.

The form is available only to applicants whose admission was denied and is due by the following deadlines"

My helpful links in admissions portal shows “Fall Program for First Semester”

Is it possible for waitlisted people to also see Forbidden and be able to log in and see their name+ID in the top right? Based on last years forums
does anyone know?

All the same, but why the 1st one is “not authorized”? Would applicants change their status in the next few days?

I see all the same (including logging in to CAS, name & ID) but no Fall Program for First semester in helpful links
 any idea what this means?

Should you not apply to Arts and Sciences College, you probably wouldn’t get that link.
