Thatās so trueā¦ my son did the same corrections and he was able to register with his application emailā¦ its just the zoom glitch nothing elseā¦ rest we will only know on the decision date only. But still curious to know why was the email sent to all and how come we are able to register for the April freshman edge too if we are not admitted.

Link in the mail has the registertration option (Single link) for both, you dont have to go separately to the pages to register. So registration happens for both the programs together for 21st

As a certified portal astrology afficianado, let me just say that this is still too early in the game. Wait until at least 03/18 before looking for signs. Decisions are probably not near finalized yet and the data refresh jobs are unlikely to have started in that context.

Anyone capable of converting oxygen to CO2 and in possession of a Zoom-registered e-mail account can apparently still register for the 3/21/2024 event as of noon 3/7/2024.
I wish that constituted acceptance, but alas ā¦

Why did I create this thread? All it does is make the wait much more depressing if you find out you are rejected or gives you delusional hopes that come crashing down when you believe you are accepted. Iād advise against portal astrology but Iāll still leave this thread open for anyone who wishes to discuss it.
The reality is any of the engineering majors at UCB has 2-3 digit capacity and all the people who apply are (or should be) keenly aware of those numbers to know the odds.
S24ās counselor at school sort told him rejection is expected, acceptance will be a great surprise. He would have a better chance getting into an Ivy than UCB. He gets that.

From what Iāve witnessed here, it usually only increases studentsā stress. But I guess for some it makes the time pass faster? And for some itās mainly a puzzle to solve, which I get. But mostly it does seem to create more anxiety than anything else and, if thatās the case for you, I would strongly advise you avoid this thread.
