Literally cannot sleep over this. I’m an oos with less than average stats (3.8 uc gpa for example) and I’m just hoping for a good decision

@maazman101 probably UCI or UCSD. I got into biological sciences for UCI and public health for UCSD and sixth college so im kinda ehh about the campus and about my major. I know its a new major so theres not much that has been said about it. I applied to UCB UCLA and UCSB, but I’m not worried about UCB and UCLA because I have no chance… haha dont even remember why I applied. I’m planning on visiting some campuses, and I hope I like UCI. Im from LA so its around or less than an hour away from home, and it would be cheaper considering I have family that are welcoming me to live with them and they’re seriously my second family! Not to mention I’ve had around 3 people in my family go to UCI and they think its wonderful haha. I also applied to SLO, LB, Fullerton and SDSU, (got into all) but I dont think I’ll go to any of them since I get more money for UCs! How about you?

General Comments:
Super happy I got into UCI because I was not very excited about the other schools that I got into. I want to venture out of state, and UCI is sososo ideal haha. I could not truly imagine myself going to the other schools I got into (Not getting into UT Engineering was a big letdown), but I’m still gonna tour the top ones/ best offers! Plus, I have such a low chance of getting into the top tier privates, so I feel great to have UCI as my top choice for now. Good luck to all the rest of you who are still waiting. I wish you all the best, and I know this process has been painful/stressful/distracting, but in the end it’ll be ok no matter what. Do not let decisions define you. They Don’t.

Just woke up on the east coast and got in! Applied for CS but I got accepted in declared. Also, I’m a junior now and my high school is helping me graduate this year.

You guys. There is hope don’t lose it! I got accepted today at 6:20am with a 1490 SAT I as a Chem major with not much ECs but I guess decent essays. I had a 4.06 UC GPA but besides the point, my stats aren’t on par with other people. Congrats to those who got in though
