@kirito041 yes I read it somewhere in the UCI 2024 thread I believe. some people haven’t heard anything from them after the first wave and started discussing how the portals look different such as fonts size, bolded words, etc if I remember correctly. it caused distress to many people

My DS appeal portal changed too with his name and Student ID number too now.

Hey guys, some people on the waitlist page are having trouble getting into their portal and so am I! Anyone else having this issue ?
never mind guys, the portal is back to normal.
i’m currently trying to access the portal and it won’t allow me too, thats strange
I wonder if any decisions will come out tomorrow? Maybe not because it’s a weekend.

@erinthefatcat I got an email the day after getting congrats cuz I got it today but the appeal apparently came out May 29th! I got in for public health and my SAT was 1380, weighted GPA 4.8!
@bryanngocpham congrats! what did your portal look like when you got in?
@futureanteater97 it looked like I was still rejected and then I refreshed the page and then it became the accepted student portal
@bryanngocpham congratulations again! Can I ask when your SIR date is? Also did you check your portal yesterday at all if it came out on Friday? Or did you refresh it today and it showed up this morning? Thank you for answering these questions!

@futureanteater97 I have until June 9th to decide! And I didn’t check my portal yesterday at all. I just got some email today saying congrats on admissions and then I went into my portal and refreshed. It says status update came May 29th though.
