Is anyone aware of when UCLA regents results come out?

Hi! Can you please clarify what this means? When are the admissions decisions made by? Is it April 1 or earlier? Thank you!
Admission decisions are posted in March. Based on the previous year’s timeline, it is usually the 3rd Friday in March. Regents scholarship awards were posted a few days after the admission decisions.

From what I understand, UCLA typically posts decisions on the third Friday in March. This year, that would be March 21.

Hello, a general question:
does UCLA or the other UCs have access to the applicant’s grades via the school counsellor or they just go by self-reported grades. Especially, to document the ELC.

All UC’s go by the self-reported grades. If an applicant is ELC either Local or Statewide, that would listed on the UC application after submission.
After you enter your coursework and grades in the UC application, we’ll compare your GPA to the historic, or benchmark, GPA for your school. If you meet or exceed that GPA, you’ll be designated ELC and we’ll add a note to your application.
When will I find out if I’m designated ELC?
As an applicant from California, your application will be automatically screened for ELC eligibility when you apply. There’s no extra paperwork.
After submitting the application, you can log back into your application to see whether or not you’ve been designated as being in the top 9 percent of your class by selecting the “View how your application is reviewed” link.
Does anyone think the results will come out the 14th this year? I saw a few things online saying UCLA might come out then but I see most people predicting the 21 on here. Just anxiously waiting😅

We never know. Past 2 years it has followed the pattern predicting 21, but we can’t know until they make a formal statement. Theoretically, while Yale has given their RD date and time on portals, we don’t know 100% that they will release on the same day until they all give confirmation. We can assume, guess, whatever, but until its official we can only guess. Hope this helps.

Last year, S24 expected it would be Friday 3/22/24.
Just after super excited from UCSD decision 3/15/24 around 4:30pm, UCLA came after at 5:30pm, never expect that.

I guess it depends whether they are going with the 3rd Friday of the month, which is what in the last few years has been the case. Last year 3rd Fri was 15th. 2023 3rd Fri was 17th. This year 3rd Fri is 3/ 21.

Does UCLA have any portal astrology before release… anyone knows of any hint? Very anxious…

I remember in '23 this scholarship email question came up and there was some thought that those who received it have a higher acceptance potential, something like 50% as opposed to the 10%. Not verified but it was a discussion at the time. My D23 did get that email and also was accepted fwiw.
My daughter just received a scholarship email tonight at 7:30. Assuming every applicant received it?

Applicants who checked the scholarship boxes towards the end of the UC application, will probably get the email.
