some people have said yes, some have said no, but most agree it shows if you’re going to get a scholarship or not, but not necessarily if you’ve been accepted or not

Just because you heard something does not make it true.
As an FYI, if the college has not announced that decisions have been released, I work under the assumption that any account that was created 5 nanoseconds before their first post and proclaims an acceptance is a spammer, and I will ban that account. Which is what I did here.
The decisions will be released when the decisions are released. Anything not posted on the admissions website, in an email from admissions, etc., is just reading the tea leaves. Please refrain from asking for proof.
To put things in perspective, I am told that in the olden days before the magma cooled and while dinosaurs roamed the earth, kids had to wait by a thing called a mailbox until a person dressed in blue walked up at an unspecified date and time with an envelope containing their decisions. 
Patience is a virtue. I wish you all luck.

Ah yes. Waiting for my college acceptance in the 80s. We didn’t wait. It just came in one day. Lol
Ugh…just went on portal as I do everyday. Now it is saying I have an incorrect password or login. I have had this saved for months now and even went on a couple times today. Is anyone else getting this message on the portal? There is no way I can have the wrong password because it is saved in there and was checking it 2 hours ago.
So if my D is in the top 10% of her class but doesn’t have the blue dot, is there no chance of merit?

@trendA Yes, the portal has been glitching our all morning. Lots of traffic, I imagine, with everyone bugging out.
