@collegefresh7364 no don’t give up ? im a political science major like you and i haven’t seen anyone with our major get off. there is a good chance we can get off later, maybe they are waiting to see which political science majors SIR by may 1st before letting any off.
Hey all, while we’re all waiting, does anyone know anything about community college courses taken during high school transferring? I’ve gotten by IGETC finished but many students at my school have literally none of their classes transfer and stay freshman, while students who go to other schools go to UCI and are juniors in their second year.

@froggiewaitlist I believe I had a 3.7 UC GPA. Although I do like to believe I had great extra curriculars and essays that didn’t necessarily make up for a bit of a bad semester early my sophomore year but they definitely helped get me into the other schools and UCSD’s waitlist as well. I also had a 1200 SAT and 25 ACT so nothing near the averages of most admitted students haha

One of my international friends told me Taiwan isnt letting them get their student visas which means they cant study here. Could less internationals mean more places for students to get off the waitlist?
