My daughter was deferred also for Gies/Marketing. Anyone know what this means as far as next steps? High probability of denial?
Deferred, So I have a 3.4 and a 26 ACT but I applied to Gies first choice and DGS second, did I get deferred from gies or both. I assumed I wasn’t going to get into Gies with my stats but if anyone has any clarification it would be much appreciated.
@hs2020kid Im just a senior so I don’t know but form what I heard its brutal hard. I don’t know in respect to Normal CS. Normal CS is near impossible to transfer that you have a better chance of sticking a camel through a eye of a needle than transferring to Normal CS.
Does anyone know if UI denies anyone in December or is it only accepted or deferred?

Denied - CS – 3.97 (UW) 4.37 (W) - 5 AP’s (all 5’s), 2 honors and 2 AP’s in senior year… 1490 SAT - Decent EC’s and I think decent Essay too… oh well !! Life goes on

Anyone have thoughts on following:
EA application sent with 1st choice as CS; second choice as Math: the update simply says that accepted into 2nd choice. Will I be considered for my 1st choice in RD or its just history now.
