Still nothing for me…Kev you applied for business right?

If you did apply to business, why wasn’t my decision released? I thought UIUC releases decisions all at the same time? :/

I’m not really sure, I applied last year as a sophomore but was rejected so maybe that had something to do with it but idk. You’ll probably find out this week, hope you get in man

I think it varies. I’m Econ so I can’t really say, but it took me a lot longer seemingly than other people with the same college. But I don’t know.

I’m starting to think I got rejected to the CoB, and now they’re just reviewing my file for admission into the second college option… :/

I feel the same way, Finz. Because I know that they review applications for my major in early March and let students know after their spring break, so I don’t see why it’s taken them so long to tell me.

But Congrats to all those who got in!! :)

Anyone else hear back from the CoB? My status hasn’t changed from “Committee Review”

Yes~! I got accepted. however,

how come I do not get any e-mails or letters from UIUC?

I just see decison box that says admit

when do I get them? did anyone got any e-mails or letters from them?

I got ACCEPTED as a Junior transfer to CoB for Accounting! I found out on Tuesday 4/12/11. Best of luck to everyone ^_^

Congrats! What are your stats? GPA?

from what i read on the website is that they will send an mail with your unique id inside as well as the link to accept the offer.

i applied to UIUC as transfer applicant for Fall 2011 - Engineering (Comp. Science) - no decision yet. I checked my account and it says “Decision - Pending. Manual Review Req.” Any idea what that means ?

I am from India btw, currently pursuing CS at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Madras.

Finz151 here is my stat

Transfer GPA at Richland Community College: 4.0/4.0
Total Credit Hrs: 71
EC: Student Trustee, Student Senate (Treasurer), Phi Theta Kappa, International club (President), Academic Standards Committee, Supplement Instruction leader, peer tutoring.
Accepted: CoB-Accounting

I didn’t put down an alternative choice because I wanted them to know that I only want to go there for accounting. Also during my 2 years at my community college, I signed up to do everything that I could. I think that the combination of my good grades & EC is what got me in. The essay might have play a role as well. I had my English professor who had graduated from Oxford w. a PhD to read over my essay.

Has anyone else still not heard back?

it is still pending for me…

accepted today!
