Did anyone who applied for the business school get a decision?
Congratulations to your daughter @travelfamily ! We just got an email at 4:17pm. My daughter was accepted for the Exploratory Track in College of Education (wants to major in Early Elementary Education). No Honors and I did not see anything in the letter about merit, but we are in state. She is so happy!!!
If anyone wants to know her stats
4.1 weighted GPA
1250 SAT (superscore)
5 APs and the rest mostly honors
4 years of Varsity track (Captain this year) and 2 years of Varsity XC
Marching band, concert band and jazz band
chorus, chamber singers, A Cappella choir
Made District Chorus twice and All State chorus once
4 Honors societies (National, World Language, English, and Tri-M)
Good luck everyone! Hope to see lots of good news!!!
Reading responses, it seems like the first batch consists of either less competitive majors, or students with incredible stats for competitive majors.

@witzaboutme
He can still switch into CS in fact if his math scores are high enough he would be allowed to take CS121 first semester and then if he got a B in that he would be able to advance into 187 second semester , from there if he receives a B he will be a full CS Major and still graduate on time without missing out on anything

@User_494363 – thank you! He still has lots more colleges to wait for, so we’ll see and keep that in mind as he makes choices.
@mtemmd past years threads seem to indicate that max in state scholarship is $2k due to the state subsidy already…dont kill the messenger . congrats on acceptance & great stats
Thanks. And boo. But they even told us at the info session most $ goes to OOS. Still we know some kids who get $ in state so had hoped!

My acceptance says nothing about scholarships or awards. I am in-State, so does this mean I will get no $?
unfortunately , if you received a scholarship it would’ve been in your letter. however, you can still receive financial aid or outside scholarships.
