My Both Daughters are waiting.
I just checked my carolina portal and there is nothing there so there has to be some confusion
@aksingh If you applied EA you should only have less than 10 days to wait. Coming from Wake is always hard. It is a competitive county.

@MBNC1755 yeah wake and meck are always the hard counties but I am hoping that since I participated in Project Uplift it can help my chances but best of luck to everyone!
@Thinkbigger Maybe they failed to turn in all requirements or something happened outside of the normal admissions criteria … (Or maybe saying it in advance so they don’t feel pressured when results come out???) I think 99.9% of all applicants are waiting.
Still waiting here. But they do seem to be working in the portal. Someone posted earlier today that they had something unusual pop up briefly. I checked my son’s portal when I saw that post, and he had a new section labeled Upcoming Events. But under the label, it listed his SAT scores. And when he logged back in later, that section was gone and it looked like it has all along. Maybe they are getting things ready for the big decision update!!
I just checked my daughter’s and now there is a picture of the school and drop down tabs at the top that weren’t there before.
@kslinky I just checked and don’t see that. It just has my checklist and scores. This whole process is just so stressful lol

@tgla6892 I didn’t screen shot and now they are gone. I only see the pic now of the old well and Help and Support at the top, along with the checklist and scores.
Is the place where our decision will be the MyCarolina that has our checklist for materials or is there another portal?
MyCarolina is the actual location where decisions are posted.
Is that the only portal or login site we have for UNC?
Yes, that’s the only one I know of. That’s where it was posted last year too. But last year we received an email two days prior to decision release and within the two days the look of the portal was constantly changing.
Should I be worried if I haven’t seen anything in my portal change?
