They always say the same thing.
Historically the vast majority have been released the last Friday of January, the 26th this year. Unfortunately there are typically just a very few stragglers that don’t get theirs then and end up having to contact UMD.

My son is waiting until the very last moment and going back Tuesday, lol. Glad he still loves to be here with the family.

They’re posting in-person decisions on the UMD admissions Instagram now… surely they’ll release decisions soon 
I’m not ready for him to go back yet! I’ll be a wreck when both of them are off to college later this year. Definition of bittersweet.
Decisions will very likely be released Friday, unless somehow they are running late.

Yes, Friday. I also see that UIUC, Rutgers and Michigan are expected to announce on Friday.

Hi … does anyone with knowledge from previous years know if there’s a rhyme or reason to the way the decisions come out? Meaning admits first group, waitlist second and deferred last? Thanks !
When my son got accepted in 22 – all decisions came out at once. Fingers crossed this is how they do it this year as well.

Apply to #UMD? Freshman applicants who applied and submitted all required materials by the Nov. 1 early action deadline will receive an admission decision by Feb. 1. Students will receive an email when a decision is available in their Terps Application Portal.
There are no waves. All EA decisions are out at the same time. UMD does not defer applicants.
For Business, which is an LEP, what are the possible decisions:
If you are accepted to UMD, but not accepted to the LEP you wanted, your are accepted into Letters and Sciences (L&S)
