I got accepted into CS OOS, super excited! 4UW/1540 SAT/9 APs.
I was also invited into Carillon Communities, does anyone have any personal insight into that?

Son applied to CS, but letter state admitted to L&S. Not shocked. But there is no mention of āsorry we couldnāt admit you for CS, but ā¦ā

Just my two cents, dont dismiss just because of the Spring admit. Connections still allows on campus living. Just a restriction in classes for the first semester. Many kids are part of it. No one notices or even thinks twice about it.

They donāt make decisions based on major, no.
Son got Smith Information systems. OOS 4.0/4.46. mentions Carillon communities invite.

Daughter accepted OOS, 3.87 unweighted 4.68 weighted 31 ACT. Business Undeclared.
Can anyone comment on āCollege Park Scholarsā Program? Is this equivalent to a Capstone program. And if/when merit is released?

My son was accepted for Fall 2024 as a Marketing Major with Advising College as Robert Smith School of Business. He was invited to Carillon Communities LLC. I can see I can read about Carillon Communities on the link but what is the benefit of doing this community? Dorm selection priority? Class selection priority? Is it an honor to be invited to this LLC or are many students invited?
